∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Computer Knowledge in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro & ETABS
∎ Computer Knowledge in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro & ETABS
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to supervise and monitor structural masonry and finishing work to ensure the quality of construction.
∎ Have to ensure all logistic supports i.e materials including in house supplies, drawings , designs , detailing’s are available at construction project project site.
∎ Have to prepare construction progress report and share with Head office management.
∎ Have to maintain liaison with consultants , sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
∎ Have to ensure that all construction materials are purchased as per given specification.
∎ Always to be vigilant that each and every construction work is being executed as per approved specification and if any defect /error is detected in any constructed elements is to be solve with the advice / guidance , by the supervisor.
∎ Have to check bills of the contractors & forward to the management for approval.
∎ Have to ensure overall safety and security of man and materials along with construction equipment s and other asset of the company allocated for the projects.
∎ Have to do the structural analysis & design of the project buildings.
