∎ Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Islamic University of Technology students will get preference

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years’ experience for the position Assistant Manager in power plants.
∎ Minimum 8 years’ experience for the position Deputy Manager in power plants
∎ Experience in HFO based Power Plants will be preferred.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Should be courageous, intelligent and vigilant.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good communication skill

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintenance, trouble shooting of engine based power plants.
∎ Ensure proper schedule maintenance and other of plant machinery carried out in time.
∎ Maintain proper documentation process for machinery maintenance.
∎ Plan with the Plant Manager regarding upcoming maintenance and raise spare requisition for that.
∎ Ensure work place safety, procedure and checklist followed for any electrical job.
∎ Follow company policy, security and cost effectiveness.
∎ Follow other jobs assigned by the management
