Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Single point of contact to manage the Contact Center Operations.
∎ Planning and implementing strategies to attract customer and increase visitor.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on E-Commerce or similar digital platforms.
∎ Need to give precise information on our products and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Communication with customers regularly over phone, email through CSR.
∎ Follow up customers queried & update those, coordinate with other departments related with customers issues.
∎ Preparing optional works, Monthly Sales and Collection report.
∎ Regular interaction through CRM.
∎ Coordinate daily customer service operations.
∎ Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
∎ Evaluate staff performance and identify hiring and training needs.
∎ Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
∎ Develop effective customer service procedures, policies and standards.
∎ Maintain workflow according to priorities.
∎ Any job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource.

Salary: Negotiable
