∎ Age 32 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Update the system daily with refrigerator service call information.
∎ Refurbish and prepare refrigerators for installation, ensuring compliance with market standards.
∎ Provide breakdown services as per the SLA report and perform necessary checks.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to address cooler breakdown issues.
∎ Monitor and oversee service engineer activities.
∎ Enhance the efficiency of technical staff through monitoring tools.
∎ Analyze complaints and offer recommendations to optimize spare parts consumption.
∎ Train the field force (FF) on cooler management policies.
∎ Conduct market visits to evaluate and monitor service performance.
∎ Track daily attendance of service engineers and plan their activities for the following day.
∎ Develop, review, and present yearly summary reports and plans.
∎ Resolve long-standing issues through active communication with the field force and technical teams.
∎ Analyze and improve national cooler service reports for enhanced efficiency.
