Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline with Diploma in Compliance/HRM from BIM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, Factory Compliance, Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for different compliance audit such as EMS, BSCI, Accord, Alliance, etc. audit and fulfilling the requirements timely.
∎ Responsible for legal compliance, labor disputes and disciplinary matters.
∎ Responsible for administrative works of the Factory.
∎ Managing security system, log of entry and exit system, dining system, vehicle management system and other Admin related works of the Factory.
∎ Responsible for all license and other relevant papers renewal and new permission if required
∎ Managing staff and worker recruitment, employee files, payroll management, confirmation, yearly increment, leave management, termination, final settlement, employee grievance handling, necessary letter issuance and other HR related works of the Factory.
∎ Responsible for training and performance management of the Factory.
∎ Developing necessary policy of the company and adjusting policies as per guidance of the legal framework.
∎ Responsible for motivation and counseling of the staffs to ensure maximum productivity.
∎ Any other work according to Management decision.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound at Labor Law, EMS, Accord, Alliance, BSCI, etc.
∎ Expertise in MS office
∎ Well-organized and co-operative
∎ Energetic and enthusiastic
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to work independently

∎ Honest and sincere
