∎ Location: Tongi (Factory)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide uninterrupted Utility supply by ensuring smooth operation of utility machineries through Best in Class Maintenance System
∎ Implement Energy Saving initiatives and Automation system for Operation and Monitoring system
∎ Ensure availability of Electrical Power, Steam, Compressed Air and Water for uninterrupted Production of Pharmaceuticals product.
∎ Ensure proper Environmental condition for Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Process by maintaining smooth operation of HVAC System.
∎ Ensure Proper Preventive Maintenance of Utility Equipment's (Boiler, Generators, Air Compressor, Water System etc.) to minimize Corrective Maintenance.
∎ Operation and Maintenance of BMS and other Control System.
∎ Implementation of regulatory requirements and upgradations of license/certificate related to DOE, BERC, Boiler, Titas Gas etc. within stipulated timeframe.
∎ Plan and Implement Energy Saving Initiatives.
∎ Ensure all Global and Local Regulatory requirements in Utility areas.
∎ Ensure availability of Spares for Smooth Operation of the Machines.
∎ Handle Vendor activities for AMC as well as PM/CM.
∎ Ensure HSE, Security and Hygienic for People Facility and Equipment's as per Sanofi Global HSE & Quality Guidelines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-7 years' experience in Utility Operation and Process Maintenance.
∎ Good Command on BMS and Automation.
∎ Knowledge of PLC Programming will be added advantages.
∎ Knowledge in Pharmaceuticals Utility Operation or Process Maintenance will be added advantages
∎ Good in Trouble Shooting, Analysis and Planning.
∎ Team Work Attitude.
∎ Excellent in communication and relationship building
∎ Time Management
∎ Can Do attitude
