∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage pick & drop services for staff/faculty and students every day in different routes
∎ Physical verification of vehicles (monthly), prepare a report on verification, coordinate with the workshop for specific maintenance against each vehicle
∎ Prepare monthly and periodical reports on fleet management which includes OT report, fuel KPI report, registration and renewal of fitness etc.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all distributed items of vehicles and checked frequently
∎ Keep proper track to servicing of vehicles on time for smooth service
∎ Route optimization initiatives for better service and provide analysis for continuous improvement of the transport service for students, staff and faculty members
∎ Design Periodical maintenance program for all vehicles for ensuring better service, run ability and longevity
∎ Monitor and supervise BRTA related jobs update (renewal of documents) and maintain record accordingly
∎ Take measures to ensure safe driving including training of drivers on periodical basis
∎ CNG re-test of vehicles in time and timely proceed vehicles /scraps auction process

Additional Requirements:
∎ A relevant professional qualification/certification in logistic management or fleet management will be given preference
∎ 1-3 years of working experience in administration/fleet management role or any logistics role in any reputed organization
∎ Sound knowledge on transport management, vehicle safety and fuel efficiency
∎ Experience of managing technical/non-technical personnel
∎ Experience of supporting team activities
∎ Working knowledge on repair/maintenance of light, medium & heavy vehicles
∎ Experience of developing innovative solutions to problems
∎ Ability to work collaboratively across departments and service areas
∎ Able to handle crisis and stressful situation
∎ Quick decision-making ability
