Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation, maintenance, and integration of Transmission network of ISP, NIX & IIG.
∎ Plan and implement technical solution for backbone and access layer connectivity.
∎ Control and carrying out of traffic measurements for all transmission network.
∎ Study the evolution of different transmission equipment like DWDM or new feature/solution and recommend for implementation based on network architecture.
∎ Ensuring capacity planning readiness to deliver service.
∎ Supervise & audit the Transmission Network Elements covering cable, hardware, software, NMS and take proactive actions to keep network up-to date and protective.
∎ Prepare documentation and high/low level design of the network.
∎ Liaising with fiber/radio links BW service providers for new connectivity and fault resolution.
∎ Coordinate with network operation team to ensure rollout plan and service delivery.
∎ Manage field operation team effectively and efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on DWDM and FTTX technology.
∎ Good understanding of optical fiber testing, and test instruments.
∎ High level of experiences in fiber optic transmission.
∎ Basic IP networking knowledge.
∎ Good communication skill and team work.
∎ Able to manage field operation team.
