Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Engineering (EEE/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ IPE/ Food) from reputed Public/Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Being a member of core project team, he/she should lead and support the installation and commissioning of the project within the timeline adhering with company safety guidelines.
∎ Ensure EHS & FSMS criterion are met during the end to end project work supported by other functions.
∎ Lead a group of production team during trial & commercial production. This role requires a strong production management & resource management capability.
∎ Lead and coach production team members so that they can run the shift operation.
∎ Arrange & implement all 3rd party work associated with the project.
∎ Liaison & follow up with the construction partner in preparing the structure.
∎ Ensures a smooth and efficient project completion with the support of core team members. That also includes highlighting challenges and suggesting changes if needed.
∎ Ensures that important knowledge/results from the project are documented and protected as well as best practice is shared across the organization.
∎ Learn completely about the process while working with the project team during erection & commissioning. Contributes actively to product and process knowledge as well as technological developments throughout the project work.
∎ Ensures that in Arla Foods project work, all global guidelines and instruction being followed and appropriate tools and systems are used throughout the project execution.
∎ Liaises with key external (consumers, customers, suppliers and partners) and internal stakeholders (QEHS team, Engineering team, Category teams, Supply Chain and Finance etc.) to build knowledge and deliver project goals.
∎ Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
∎ Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.
∎ Liaison with the core project team to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project.
∎ Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with utility projects and their impact.
∎ Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project.
∎ Conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years' experience in Manufacturing Industries. Production Experience in FMCG (Milk & Cereals/UHT/Yogurt/Confectionary) industry will be an added advantage.
∎ Combination of Production & Project experience will be helpful for this role.
∎ Experience on erection and commissioning of any processing plant.
∎ Good Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills are required.
