Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular Project Visit: Monitoring quality control of materials and construction work at assigned projects as per the standard set by the management of organization.
∎ Planning and Coordination: Planning, coordination and supervising technical issues of under construction activities of the project.
∎ Raw material wastage management: Reduce more realistic material wise wastage % by doing the market analysis.
∎ Report Preparation: Prepare report on the basis of site visit to the management.
∎ Prepare the Master schedule: Project schedule preparation through Microsoft project of ongoing and upcoming projects.
∎ Software Skill: Good skill in MS Excel and MS Project software.
∎ Smooth coordination with internal audit and quality & compliance department regarding project status, progress report and any special assignment.
∎ Finding out ways for cost minimization, in which may be included materials, machine, method and money
∎ Regular report to Departmental Head
∎ Assist to organize the training for engineers/workers development.
∎ Assist the Manager as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure independently with interpersonal skills.
∎ Energetic, creative, sincere, strong leadership skill and honest.
