∎ Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill, Experiance in Procurement Logistics, Inventory management, Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Local and Foreign Purchase, Reporting skill

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experiance in Procurement Logistics, International Procurement, Local Procurement, Purchase/ Procurement, Ready Mix Concrete, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having Sound Procurement experience in Cement, Sand, Stone Chips, Deformed Bar, Aggregate, Admixture, Lubricant, Mechanical & Auto mobiles equipment, etc;
∎ Price negotiation and CS finalization of the above listed items.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted & timely supply of materials to meet concern Plant/units/department requirements;
∎ Ensure best quality of materials with economical rates within the budget;
∎ Ensure quality/standards of all raw materials as per specifications;
∎ Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications;
∎ Develop alternative sources of supply & smart supplier's database;
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly procurement action Plan.
∎ Prepare Function wise yearly procurement budget.
∎ Enlist potential & reliable vendors and ensure that procurement of materials are in conformity with material requisition/indent as well as procurement policies & guidelines.
∎ Plan, organize & control the purchase activities of the local & the foreign sources in order to achieve the set target within competitive price margin.
∎ Introduce supplier assessment techniques. Select, Evaluate & prepare the supplier list and take approval from management.
∎ Ensure to check the actual/competitive price of different goods and materials by visiting the market frequently.
∎ Co-ordinate periodic audit for procurement activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years in relevant with procurement of materials at large scale.
∎ Candidates having experience in the similar level position in Real Estate/Ready Mix sector are encouraged to apply.
∎ Understand the business process.
∎ Strong analytical & Problem solving ability.
∎ Should be honest, sincere , proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Dynamic, Self-Motivated, Interpersonal Skill with sound job Knowledge.
∎ Organizational Leadership Quality and Management Capability.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
