Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, execute and maintain purchase department as per guidance of Management.
∎ To work on sourcing, vendor development, conduct negotiation meeting for purchases quality materials with competitive price.
∎ To go to the market for buying the product from actual suppliers and at an exact price.
∎ To ensure the specification, quality and quantity of the product according to a material requisition.
∎ Ensure the materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time.
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs.
∎ Liaising with vendors for admin needs and ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
∎ Maintain and control all administrative issues to facilitate smooth support.
∎ Any other task given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Literacy
∎ Fluency in English speaking and writing
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 24000 (Monthly)
