∎ Process Innovation: Develop and implement innovative processes to enhance packaging science and overall supply chain operations.
∎ Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and reducing waste.
∎ Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and agreements.
∎ Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive process optimization.
∎ Collaboration: Foster effective communication and partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Strategic Planning: Plan and organize supply chain strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs.
∎ Logistics and Transportation: Oversee logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
∎ Procurement and Vendor Management: Manage procurement activities and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure high-quality materials and services.
∎ Monitoring and Control: Monitor delivery processes, address challenges, and ensure compliance with quality and timeline standards.
∎ Industry Insights: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
