Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.
∎ Excellent understanding of quality of materials and finishing management of residential and commercial projects.
∎ Special Training in Quality Assurance & Finishing works will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting customers to ascertain the need of customers' requirements finishing works.
∎ Providing technical advice to the customers while customizing and finalizing the requirement of finishing works for a commercial projects or apartments of a residential project.
∎ To get approval of finishing items from customer for each project.
∎ To prepare and finalize Demand and Refund Statement.
∎ Keeping constant liaison with the engineering department to ensure that clients' requirement are fulfilled.
∎ Co-ordinating with Design and Interior division for all issues regarding specification of project.
∎ Monitoring the work progress and physically checking the finishing work quality and correct materials so that the project or apartments meet the clients' requirement and selection.
∎ Communicating customers time to time to appraise customer about the work progress and physically show them the progress of finishing work if necessary.
∎ Develop good public relation with all stake holders and customers by effective inter personnel communication skill.
∎ Any other task given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience in Client Service department.
∎ Adequate knowledge on the quality of construction process and materials.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ The candidate should be able to take initiatives and work in a team.
∎ Must be well groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
