Job Context:
∎ SR Chemical Industries Ltd (A sister concern of SR Group) is seeking candidates for Assistant Manager/ Sr. Engineer (Instrument).
∎ Job location: Mirzapur, Sherpur, Bogura.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, controlling, preventive, corrective and shutdown maintenance of different instrumentation and control systems.
∎ Responsible for maintaining different instruments like pressure gauge, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, temperature gauge, level transmitter, flow meter, control valve, on off valve, load cell, different types of analyzer, etc.
∎ Identify requirements for spare parts and maintenance and forward purchase requirements to concerned department.
∎ Coordinate testing, repairing, calibration and troubleshooting of the instrument control systems.
∎ Maintain and monitor the optimum level of workability as well as supervise field personnel for smooth operation.
∎ Periodic Inspect and test of electrical and or electronic systems & instruments to locate and diagnose malfunctions through using testing instruments and visual methods.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Instrumentation Engineering.
∎ Having sound knowledge regarding Control loop, DCS and PLC.
∎ Must have proper knowledge of instrument drawings & designs.
∎ Have experience in project erection, commissioning or operation skills.
∎ Comfortable in working at MS Office Package & AutoCAD
∎ Sound understanding of different PID controller data setup.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Process industries, Chemical Industries, Fuel/Petroleum others.
