∎ Looking for ADNOC/Lubricant Business in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to manage warehouse team and act as a Team Leader.
∎ Ensuring goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety, and security within the store. Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Materials receiving as per challan & Others Documents
∎ Receiving materials from purchaser and to confirm their quality and quantity accordingly.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Storing and preserving materials at proper and convenient places so that items could be easily located.
∎ Issuing materials as per Material Receiving Report (MRR) & Maintain the Warehouse ledger
∎ Leading to online inventory control, taking up physical inventory of all Warehouses at periodical
∎ Intervals and also to maintain proper record of inventory
∎ Monthly and Yearly inventory report preparing
∎ Providing full information about the availability of materials and good etc. where so necessary by maintaining proper Warehouses record with the help of bin card and Warehouse ledger etc.
∎ Planning and managing delivery van.
∎ Update all transactions both manual and software basis
∎ Responsible for day to day check on the storage and update
∎ Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operation
∎ Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
∎ Select cost effective transportation routes for warehousing and distribution
∎ Preparing report and submit it to the HOB time to time.
∎ Proper Coordination with supply chain, accounts and sales dept.
∎ Maintaining safety & security of warehouse & persons.
∎ Lesion with different transport agency for proper delivery receipt of goods from point.
∎ Arranging appreciate contractual delivery man or worker for delivery or marketing effort.
∎ purpose and doing other job as assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office./Excel
∎ Experience in SAP/ERP is preferable.
∎ Team leading ability.
∎ Good Communication skill.
