Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Crafting individualized project plans for clients, outlining tasks for the prompt implementation of tailored software solutions.
∎ Engaging with clients during the software customization process to gather feedback and secure approval.
∎ Guiding clients in the utilization of software systems and bespoke features.
∎ Compiling personalized documentation for each client, outlining all implemented customizations.
∎ Deploying tailored software systems along with essential components.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Diagnosis, research and analyze clients’ issues and requests.
∎ Require hands-on implementation experience in the garments industry.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in ERP modules.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ Prior experience as a Software implementation specialist, with a focus on ERP / Garments ERP projects.
∎ Should possess excellent management skills (communication, collaboration, relationship management).
∎ Must be professional and punctual.
∎ Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and foster teamwork.
∎ Working with ERP software development team will get preference.
∎ Knowledge of relevant tools such as Trello, JIRA, Confluence or any other project management tools.
∎ Minimum knowledge in networking.
∎ Having working experience in garments ERP software will get preference.
