Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage procurement process of construction materials especially marble, granite, pavement tiles, lighting fixtures, kitchen and sanitary items to control costs
∎ Source supplier(s) to ensure effective procurement of quality materials with competitive price by effective negotiation
∎ Maintain relationship with existing and potential suppliers to ensure good quality, competitive price and reliable delivery
∎ Receive Purchase Requisition (PR) and take action as appropriate
∎ Develop procurement action plan according to production forecast
∎ Coordinate with concerned department to ensure smooth delivery to the projects
∎ Ensure payment of local consultants through assessment of service delivery in line with Deed of Agreement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding of strategic procurement
∎ Financial acumen
∎ Strong negotiation skill
∎ Attention to details
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
