∎ Practical knowledge of Production & Order Management.

∎ Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
∎ Practical knowledge of Production & Order Management.

∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with various people daily.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive purchase requisition and verify the requirement of procurement based on minimum reordering level and capacity.
∎ Oversee and manage the purchasing of factory-related materials and spare parts.
∎ Develop and implement procurement strategies for efficient material sourcing and cost control.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Store, Engineering and all other stakeholders) to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.
∎ Follow up the delivery process and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Collecting quotations from vendors. Comparing and evaluating offers from different suppliers, and manufacturers & preparing proper comparative statements.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing, high-quality products, and on-time delivery.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Evaluate and select new suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery time.
∎ Prepare regular reports for senior management on procurement status, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
∎ Prepare the comparative statement and make the purchase order in ERP after approval
∎ Ensure product's specification during purchase to reduce rejection levels.
