∎ B.Sc. in Electrical / Mechanical from any reputed University or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead/ supervise the Replace Department.
∎ Direct the daily operations of the Replace team.
∎ Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the department.
∎ Cooperate with the Company's management to implement growth strategies and improve replace service.
∎ Develop, implement and improve replace department policies and procedures.
∎ Handle complex and escalated replace issues.
∎ Review customers' complaints.
∎ Analyze relevant data to determine replace outputs.
∎ Prepare reports about the level of replace team in the Company.
∎ Ensure the necessary resources and tools for high level customer service delivery;
∎ Train the staff to deliver a high standard of replace;
∎ Perform other duties related to the position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ 05 to 08 year(s) working experience in Electrical production company.
∎ Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of practical experience in same industry (Lighting Factory) or producing Factory
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required
∎ Need basic computer skills
∎ Able to report on own team performance
