Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical from any reputed University or
∎ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after overall quality control activities in the Factory.
∎ Inspect completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirements.
∎ Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and identifying and resolving production impracticability in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Monitored QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control in the factory
∎ Sampling and analysis of raw material and packaging material including documentation.
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality and Time to time other duties assigned by management.
∎ Analysis of finished product, In process sample & Stability Sample including documentation.
∎ To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ 2 to 3 year(s) working experience in Electrical production company
∎ Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of practical experience in same industry (Lighting Factory) or producing Factory
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required
∎ Good command on MS-Office, MS Excel applications & other relevant QA analysis software
∎ Able to report on own team performance
