Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing & Implementing Procurement Strategy & Policies and Forecast Procurement needs.
∎ Collect Competitive Price from Suppliers & Prepare Comparative Statement for Management Decision.
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisitions, Approve, Issues Purchase Orders and Ensure Authorization as Necessary to Facilitate the Timely Purchase
∎ Ensure Timely Delivery of Requisitioned Material with Specified Quality.
∎ Make Liaison with Production Line for Procurement Planning & take Necessary Actions.
∎ Suggest/ Recommend Solving any Critical Issues.
∎ Prepare and Furnish Reports as and when Required By Supervisor/ Department Head
∎ Exploring New Responsive Supplier/ Vendor Sourcing.
∎ Performing All Types (Local & Foreign) of Purchase and Procurement Related Activities
∎ Use of ERP Software
∎ Receiving, Checking & Scrutinizing the Submitted Bills with Relevant MRR, QC, Challan. Preparing, Maintaining and Reviewing Purchasing Files, Reports and Price Lists

Additional Requirements:
∎ In-depth Knowledge about in Real Estate Industry & Materials used in Constructions
∎ Sufficient Knowledge on Real Estate/ Developer Business and Present Market Scenario.
∎ Should be Smart, Energetic, Self-motivated
∎ High Level Negotiation ability is a Must.
∎ Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package
∎ Must have Excellent Communications Skill
