Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning for Proper Progress of Project work.
∎ Monitoring the Project progress and taking Action Plan depending upon the needs.
∎ Improving Workmanship, Quality of each item of Works.
∎ Providing Safety guideline to all the workers.
∎ To coordinate with different department to provide necessary decision to the Project.
∎ Supervise and Monitor Structural, Masonry and Finishing work to ensure the Quality of Construction.
∎ Maintain Liaison with officers and/or any Sub-Contractors & Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 or more years of Working Experience in Real Estate Industry after Graduation.
∎ Must have knowledge of Finishing Work especially in Fair-face & Cladding.
∎ High attention to Details & Accuracy.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
∎ Sufficient Knowledge on Land/ Real Estate.
∎ Should be Smart, Energetic, Self motivated.
∎ Good Knowledge in MS Office Package.
