∎ Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration towards common goals.
∎ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose solutions.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with Development Centers (home & abroad) and US Consultants to support product development activities.
∎ Preparation of project plan/Gantt Chart for product development activities in consultation with stakeholders. Monitor the progress of the projects and share the update to the Site Management and stakeholders.
∎ Manage the external Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) & Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
∎ Coordinate with the Procurement & Engineering team to track sourcing materials and required machines for development work.
∎ Closely work with local Regulatory, QA, QC and R&D functions to fulfill the Regulatory Market applications and submission requirements.
∎ Track and circulate the update of product development to the responsible stakeholders.
∎ Prepare and review required documents for development activities.
∎ Review the current changes and updates of regulatory guidelines and implement the changes in local SOPs·
∎ Organize online/offline meetings with the stakeholders and circulate the meeting minutes.
∎ Flexible work time, may need to work from home to suit the US/ EU time zone.
