Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to assess project requirements
∎ Measuring the performance of mechanical components
∎ Technical skill & knowledge in mechanical engineering
∎ Ensure the maintenance & improvement of machinery actively regularly
∎ Prioritize maintenance & improvement actively to minimize production interruption
∎ Handling complete machine maintenance activities
∎ Implement lean six sigma in production system
∎ Calculate line wise capacity utilization each month based on efficiency, planned downtimes & forecasted volume of the month
∎ Identifying new process & driving the team for continuous improvement on productivity
∎ Conduct supervisions training programs to improve productivity & quality standards
∎ Prepare machine forecast report, weekly & daily existing manpower report, monthly performance presentation
∎ Verify capacity, loading, receiving & finishing plans & to manage deviations within the planning process
∎ Design & layout of man, machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency
∎ To communicate with other section/department on issue regarding power supply
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Firm grasp of engineering concepts & experience in designing mechanical system & products management
∎ Have to be a great team worker, self motivated & have leadership quality
∎ Preferable for if anyone have: A. Technical knowledge in Electrical Engineering, B. Quality Control Management Training & C. Lean Six Sigma Training
∎ Should have managerial & Supervisory skill
