∎ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of monthly as well as weekly production schedule on the basis of market demand & preparation of monthly manufacturing reports.
∎ Ensure smooth operation in every stage of manufacturing such as dispensing, mixing, granulation ,drying, compression, coating, encapsulation, powder filling, Syrup Section, blistering and packaging of different dosage forms;
∎ Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & related instructions for Manufacturing and Packaging Operations;
∎ Evaluation of Batch Manufacturing & Packaging Record as well as required inputs in record.
∎ Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, safety and health habits measure as applicable within the area of operations and in the premises;
∎ Raise requisition and reconciliation of raw material & packaging material for production batches.
∎ Ensure calibration of all production machinery, equipment and balances associate with manufacturing and packaging;
∎ Ensure periodic review of Training Need Assessment for all employee involved in manufacturing & packaging operations for continuation of scheduled training;
∎ Additional duties as assigned by Superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 years of relevant experience in the same position in any reputed Pharmaceutical Company
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
∎ A high level of computer literacy (Office Suite) and presentation skills
∎ Ability to interact well with all stakeholders and work independently on assigned tasks
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
