Job Context:
∎ This position requires handling local purchases specially Packaging materials. It includes high level of negotiations and selection of
∎ appropriate logistics arrangements.
∎ This position needs to understand and control cost challenges, optimization of material prices/associated costs without
∎ compromising on quality and speed in the process.
∎ Fluctuating economy, political unrest, market competition, sales forecasts and unforeseen local and International conditions are

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, plan and implement local purchase sourcing strategies
∎ Daily order check from “SOR”
∎ As per order, check inventory availability with system and physically
∎ Convert all packing Material requirement planned order to purchase requisition and p.o.
∎ Responsible for purchase orders send to supplier and acknowledge.
∎ Daily follow up on existing p.o and artwork correction of new p.o.
∎ Ensure packing material 7 days before production date.
∎ Check material delivery qty with warehouse people as per chalan and bill
∎ Ensure packing material with actual quality
∎ Ensure rejected item’s replacement with in short possible time with proper documentation
∎ Responsible to terminate poor quality supplier after 6 Months Evaluation
∎ Check weekly consumption of packing material
∎ Make monthly in-house carton printing requirement
∎ Follow up with assistant to check his daily task
∎ Arrange office supplies and printed items
∎ Sourcing & price negotiation of PM
∎ Provide verp code against FG code.
∎ Arrange Service PO
∎ Arranging all local Maintenance PO
∎ Responsible for in house Sticker printing Section

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in CEPZ & Custom dealing preferred.
