Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mobile Assembling, Operation & Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ BOM & SOP collection from supplier and conversion to Local production criteria.
∎ SOP confirmation after cross-checking with BOM
∎ SOP modification/correction with supplier consultation.
∎ Establishment of Workflow as per SOP in production floor to ensure smooth production.
∎ Machine setup such as (RF machine, screw machine, Poly wrapping machine, current testing machine) in production floor according to specification requirement.
∎ Solving software related issues in production floor including RF testing, current testing, packaging system etc.
∎ Monitoring the overall production process to ensure required compliance issues.
∎ Providing production techniques to reduce cycle time and increase the production yield ratio.
∎ Fault analysis of the production rejected items to clarify the root cause and providing respective CAPA (Corrective AND Preventive Action).
∎ Establish and coordinate a smooth communication window between supplier and factory team to solve any technical issues in the shortest possible time.
∎ Responsible for improving market complain defect which is caused by assembly process.
