∎ M. Pharm from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop yearly marketing plan and prepare monthly action plan to achieve business objectives in terms of sales and profitability
∎ Meet target dates and deadlines for registrations related to launch of new products by promptly and effectively responding to regulatory requirements and/or queries
∎ Provide required inputs in the process of new product development and bring changes (if required) on existing ones
∎ Collect and compile updated information of latest scientific development on assigned products and submit reports
∎ Prepare appropriate promotional plans and strategies on assigned products
∎ Visit and meet Doctors and/or Chemists all over the country to identify and understand the product demands and promotional needs of valued customers
∎ Track and monitor competitors’ promotional and marketing activities, provide feedback to reporting authority and design and implement strategic reactions in the market
∎ Contribute and implement marketing strategy for the assigned products to achieve the sales, profit and growth performance objectives in the annual budget
∎ Develop and implement positioning, brand plans and key strategies for the brand
∎ Organize and conduct clinical meetings/scientific seminars/Factory Visit program
∎ Manage all promotional activities
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion programs using set guidelines and make recommendations for improvements within internal guidelines
∎ Formulate sales budget and strategies of assigned products
∎ Ensure achievement of budgeted profitability
∎ Prepare training manual and provide training for assigned new and existing products to the field force
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Power point and MS Excel.
∎ Must have previous job experience in Pharmaceuticals Company
∎ Self-driven, innovative and result oriented with excellent leadership skills and analytical abilities
