Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree from any recognized university. (Qualification is relaxed for highly deserving/qualified candidate)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have an acute knowledge and experience on fields planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling various situations for a safe environment.
∎ Decision making & implementation related to operation affairs.
∎ Worthy of arranging training and supervising security officer and guards and developing overall security strategy in order to achieve departmental KPI and success regularly.
∎ Make sure the standard quality of security personnel & meet up the clients requirements.
∎ Maintain required communication with clients.
∎ Regular post visit & deliver proper guideline.
∎ Submit monthly duty report to the accounts department and the Manager.
∎ Bill Distribution & Collection with team.
∎ Should always be alert and focused on the surrounding incidents, situations and developments through a constant communication with concerned organizations and departments.
∎ Will need to perform any other duties and responsibilities as being assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years in similar role.
∎ Should have strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral English.
∎ Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Adequate knowledge about CCTV operation, Baggage Scanner, Archway Gate, Metal Detector etc.
∎ Computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Power Point, English & Bangla Typing) is considered as advantage.
∎ Preference will be given to members of the retired government forces.
∎ Must have a valid motorcycle driving license.
∎ Preference will be given if the candidate has own motorcycle.
Salary: Negotiable
