∎ Strong leadership and decision-making skills
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
∎ Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical check-up center and diagnostics facility
∎ Ensure seamless workflow and coordination among various departments
∎ Supervise staff, providing training and guidance as needed
∎ Maintain high-quality standards of service delivery and patient care
∎ Collaborate with medical professionals and administrative staff to enhance overall operations
∎ Monitor operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the center's services
∎ Contribute to business development initiatives to expand the center's reach and impact
∎ Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
∎ Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities
∎ Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
