∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering operations, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of projects, and maintaining high standards of quality.
∎ Assist in manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
∎ Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and perform civil estimations for accurate budgeting.
∎ Check construction bills to ensure that all details are correct and compliant with project specifications.
∎ Use AutoCAD (2D/3D) to create, review, and modify engineering designs and blueprints.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Collaborate with project managers for day-to-day site operations and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
∎ Ensure that all construction activities comply with regulatory and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
∎ Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
∎ Handle project risks and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Prepare and review reports, including progress reports, cost estimates, and budgets.
