Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Customer facing communication and shipment related internal communication
∎ Monitor individual & team performances and balance workload
∎ Escalate unresolved issues to next management level
∎ Act in a manner which increases Customer satisfaction and loyalty, maximizes shipment profitability
∎ and decreases operating expenses
∎ Ensure correct documents rcvd from origin & submit error less customs manifest
∎ Obtain container discharging permission from Chittagong port authority when necessary
∎ Produce delivery order & deliver NOC related all task until release shipment
∎ Assist customs manifest correction related process in Chittagong customs house
∎ Ensure TANGO data updated within deadline
∎ Ensure booking approval is obtained from consignee and communicated to the origin office

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Upload docs in TANGO after issuing delivery order
∎ Rendering continious support to commercial team where necessary
∎ communicate with origin office for getting correct documents & ignore customs penalty
∎ Check with carrier for WAYBL confirmation along with free time facility
∎ Ensure customer invoice has been issued & send after shipment arrive at destination
∎ check credit customer payment status
∎ Check carrier for WAYBL confirmation & free time facility approval
∎ Send mail to origin & Consignee for long standing delivery.
∎ Pre-notifiction shipment arrival status to Consignee if required
∎ Check BIN number of consignee & notify in ASYCUDA system
∎ Monitor overall credit check compliance
∎ Ensure compliance check against corporate and legal guidelines are executed
∎ Ensure documents are uploaded as per global guidelines
∎ Ensure Customer operational reporting requirements are fulfilled
∎ Ensure Customer specific KPI's are compliant
∎ Ensure correct income reserves and cost accruals in TMS (TANGO) are captured in a timely manner
∎ Facilitate communication between Customer and Export Customs Team
∎ Ensure pre-shipment status from origin is received and communicated to the consignee in a timely manner
