∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Medical Science Liaison(MSL) manager will Lead and manage the MSL team and also involve the development of team performance
∎ Develops professional relationships with external experts in the assigned therapeutic areas.
∎ Provides medical education relative to diseases state and products across the product lifecycle to healthcare professional and researchers.
∎ Will attend conferences and meetings on behalf of the company as scientific expert and serve as support to the field based sales team within the defined region.
∎ Collaborates with medical affairs teams to co-ordinate & disseminate information and share best practice
∎ Works effectively in a collaborative manner with sales, marketing, clinical development and the market access department to achieve business goals
∎ Explores opportunities for scientific support with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Develops and coaches the MSLs and is ultimately responsible for the consistency and delivery of induction training and ongoing coaching for new staff
∎ Drives cross-functional team working relations across the MSL team.
∎ Regularly attends field visits with the MSLs to monitor capabilities and provide on the job coaching and support

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Willing to develop career in pharmaceutical company
∎ Good analytical and presentation skill, creativity, ability to work efficiently with intra and inter department colleagues.
∎ Highly self-motivated and capable of thinking and acting independently.
∎ Shows integrity and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; is able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines.
∎ Proficient in English skilled in operating computer including MS office, skills on data analysis software would be an added advantage.
