Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement Medical Strategic Plan and Scientific Engagement activities in collaboration with cross-functional units.
∎ Organize and conduct Clinical meetings, scientific symposia, and seminars in collaboration with medical experts from home and abroad.
∎ Maintain liaison with top KOLs/KAM and medical associates for building a sustainable therapeutic partnership.
∎ Prepare HCP/KOL with presentation and respond to solve any scientific query.
∎ Analyze clinical insights or needs from the country's top KOLs/KAM and share feedback with the internal stakeholders.
∎ Support HCPs for publications of various medical journals/periodicals/articles.
∎ Act as a medical resource to the company for protocol writing, and adverse events / PV reporting.
∎ Develop and facilitate lectures for Salesforce on different modules including human physiology, pharmacology, major products, etc.
∎ Support the collection and tracking of PV requirements for initiating PV strategy.
∎ Provide internal medical guidance and training to Marketing and Sales staff through the ToT (Training of Trainer) approach to enable facilitators.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence KOLs.
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office Suite.
