∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, drawings,
∎ BOQ preparation
∎ Excellent communication and client-handling skills
∎ Proven ability to lead teams and ensure successful project execution
∎ In-depth knowledge of NFPA standards and BNBC fire regulations.
∎ More than 5 years of experience in managing fire safety projects.
∎ Proven experience in designing fire safety systems and preparing BOQs.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understand and interpret mechanical drawings.
∎ Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for mechanical projects.
∎ Communicate with clients and maintain strong relationships.
∎ Manage and deliver mechanical projects on time and with high quality.
