Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installation, Testing, and Commissioning experience in the relevant field on Agricultural Machineries (Rice Transplanter, Reaper, Combined Harvester, Tractor, Power Tiller, Diesel Engine, Coffee Drying Machine, Coffee Parchment Remover, etc.) will get preference.
∎ Smartly dealing with honorable clients, service skills, ability to multitask, and prioritizing work.
∎ Having Problem-solving skills with positive attitudes, the ability to work under pressure, and being target-oriented.
∎ Supports service team by installing, testing, calibrating and repairing agricultural machinery, training users; maintaining safe operations.
∎ Install new equipment by conducting tests, establishing, adjusting, calibrating, and testing performance.
∎ Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions.
∎ Work with experienced field engineers on basic troubleshooting and service repair needs on designated equipment.
∎ Learn to effectively communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up leading to customer satisfaction.
∎ Conducting repairs on machinery/ equipment products, organize and maintain spare parts inventory.
∎ Have to travel all over the country
