Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Driver Management, Transport Documentation, Transport Management, Vehicle Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare duty roster for all the Transport Associate (Drivers) and assign duties as per business requirement.
∎ Drivers recruit, training, counseling and any motivational activities when required.
∎ Keep record and update of all vehicle Tax token, Fitness, Road permit and perform vehicle related activities with Bangladesh Road Transport Authority.
∎ Maintain a database of all vehicles & log book/necessary registers of each vehicle containing all work report.
∎ Look after all vehicle movement.
∎ Adjusting all types bill (Operation & Maintenance).
∎ Identify problems of all vehicle of the company are a periodic schedule and ensure repair & maintenance.
∎ Testing vehicles both before and after repair and take necessary steps for any kind of repair issues.
∎ Implementation of Transport policy instructed by the management.
∎ Perform any other task assign time to time by Business Head & Department Head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a good liaison with the BRTA Officials, thorough knowledge of Vehicle registration.
∎ Sound knowledge of transport management, vehicle safety and fuel efficiency.
∎ Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
∎ Should have a "Can Do Attitude".

Salary: Negotiable
