Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management of pharmaceutical projects
∎ Preparation of project control file
∎ Cost control of the project
∎ Preparation and management of time schedule
∎ Leading site management team
∎ Ensure quality of project works according to design and company quality standard.
∎ Management of stakeholders.
∎ Management of HVAC & Clean Room Installation Work.
∎ Management of Electrical & Mechanical Construction team to execute the job according to approved drawings.
∎ Management of Validation Activities of HVAC, Clean Room, Pharmaceuticals Water system and Black Utilities.
∎ Coordination with foreign project management team.
∎ Coordination with clients.
∎ Coordination with Sub-contractor/ Suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Designing, Project Management, Construction Management.
∎ The Applicants should have skill on Microsoft Office application (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Projects), AutoCAD-2012.
∎ The applicants having experience with Pharmaceuticals Industries will be given preference.
∎ Fluency in English in both speaking and writing is a must.
∎ Willing to stay closer to site.
Salary: Negotiable
