Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma/ BSc in Civil Engineering in any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring maintenance team and guide them to achieve the target.
∎ Planning for execution and responsible for timely completion of the works
∎ To ensure safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company.
∎ Excellent leadership capability and staff management skill preparation of daily work program.
∎ Take initiative to cost minimize in every mechanical aspects.
∎ Ensure company do not face any problem from Maintenance part and ensure the quality of the products & equipment.
∎ To give necessary directives to Maintenance team as well as Health and safety team.
∎ Having clear idea about the maintenance work and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem.
∎ To implement cost minimization policy in every stage of company, so that purchasing price of each material and equipment will reduce.
∎ To coordinate with top management regarding drawing and material specification
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy.
∎ Supervise and control of the job activities of the subordinates.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
