Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's degree from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & ensure the maintenance work as per requisition/complain register & take necessary steps as per official procedure to solve the problem
∎ Store and maintain official documents i.e. deed of agreement, report writing, quotation collection, comparative statement, work order, note sheet writing, etc. with appropriate confidentiality
∎ Maintain the Canteen facility with a physical inventory of goods at Aarong Centre
∎ Enlist various vendors/ Stakeholders (i.e. architectural firm, cleaning company, service vendor, Carpenter, Masson, Plumber, etc.) for quality service on time
∎ Coordinate and provide support during Office/Outlet renovation, and construction of new outlet as per approved design as a committee member to finalize the measurement & bills
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of workplace within Aarong & its boundaries including cleanliness, canteen management, functioning of water & sanitary facilities
∎ Organize various events like yearly picnic, and employee engagement events in support of Aarong
∎ Conduct emergency procurement, petty cash maintenance, verify all kinds of bills & ensure payment on time for smooth operation
∎ Assist in preparing yearly budget & monitoring cost control and take part in various committees formed as per Management decision

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of relevant work experience
∎ at least 2 years of practical experience in the same role under the Admin Department is preferred
∎ Excellent administrative & organizational skills with professionalism
∎ Safety-Security & Cleanliness knowledge along with finance and budget control knowledge
∎ Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making capability
∎ Excellent communication, leadership and management skills
∎ Understanding of supply chain management and gender awareness
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel and report writing skills
