Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect parcel order from various transport agencies.
∎ Visit various transport agency offices regularly to collect order.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with transport agencies around the country.
∎ Sign MOU agreements with various transport agencies to enhance the business scope of the organization.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales report.
∎ Responsible for total transportation route plan.
∎ Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery, Return & Pick of parcels of various points.
∎ Monitor delivery performance and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Creating daily operational reports for management.
∎ Manage a team of delivery personnel and support staff.
∎ Address any issues related to rider performance, conduct, or equipment.
∎ Coordinate with the central office to align hub activities with company goals.
∎ Oversee the cash flow process related to deliveries.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely transfer of cash receipts to the accounts department.
∎ Lead and motivate the hub team to achieve operational excellence.
∎ Maintaining Standard Operating Procedure.
∎ Organize and supervise duty roaster.
