Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perusal of Legal documents i.e., to go through each and every piece of documents for connection of subject matter, shortage wanting, verification of genuineness at Registry Office, AC(Land) Office, RAJUK etc., identification of Government interest and finally giving Legal Opinion.
∎ To search for eligibility of a project on the proposed land at RAJUK, CDA, KDA, RDA, CoxDA, PWD etc.
∎ To prepare different kinds of Deeds such as MoU, Sale Deed, Purchase Deed, General Power of Attorney, Irrevocable Power of Attorney, Foreign Power, Joint Venture Agreement, Partition Deed, Declaration Deed, Baina Deed, Legal Notice, Suits/Cases etc.
∎ To prepare the Pantograph for concern plots of the Map.
∎ To take necessary step for Sale Permission from concern Authority and conduct Registration, pre-registration, post-registration of Baina, Sale Deed, Power Deed, Declaration Deed etc. and coordinating with Procurement Team.
∎ To collect Certified copy of Deeds from Registry Office, Khatians from DC Office, Mouza Maps from DC/Settlement office and Certified copy of Cases from Courts.
∎ To file Mutation application at AC(Land) Office, attend at the Hearing and finally collection of Mutation Khatian and pay land tax.
∎ To apply at different government offices for approval of LUC, Lay out plan, Fire, Environmental, PWD, Aviation, Traffic NOC etc. and collection of those NOCs from those Departments.
∎ To maintain Register for all Original documents and keep those documents in safe custody.
∎ To make liaison with the concern Government Office and Clients of the Company & take follow up of the Clients.
∎ To file FIR & GDs to relevant Police Station, Court, and Administrative Body, coordinate and maintain liaison with the Administrative Body & Panel Lawyer.
∎ To maintain Case Register and all case related documents and take follow up of those Cases and update time to time & collect Case related documents from the Court.
∎ To monitor and supervise the works of his team members.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have knowledge about the land survey procedure.
∎ Must have good presentation and public speaking Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Should have positive and to do attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google sheet & AutoCAD Software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
∎ Basic knowledge in Social Media Marketing and should be tech savvy.
