∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mobile Assembling

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the incoming Raw Material inspection process.
∎ Monitoring Overall Process Quality control system to ensure proper production
∎ Fault analysis of the production rejected items to clarify the root cause and providing respective CAPA (Corrective AND Preventive Action).
∎ Monitoring Environmental conditions to ensure proper compliance
∎ Dealing with raw material supplier team to justify the stock faulty material issues found in production.
∎ Coordinating with process team and production team to improve operation quality.
∎ Providing training to production and QC personals regarding the quality standard of different projects.
∎ Testing machine setup (such as, current testing machine, RF machine) for production line.
∎ Coordinating whole LAB operation as per BTRC guideline. Setup & Operation of all the testing machines used for Mobile Phone factory.
∎ Preparing regular reports as required for proper QMS.
∎ Responsible for improving market complain defect which is caused by assembly process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ More than 01 year working experience of Lab & Quality Control in Mobile phone assembly factories.
∎ Must have sound knowledge regarding testing & Lab machines operation and maintenance.
∎ Able to deal and negotiate properly with material supplier regarding material faulty issues.
