Additional Requirements:

• BBA or MBA in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Strong command of English (with proven proficiency).

• Result-oriented, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned region;

• Lead and manage a team of international sales representatives;

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential customers and potential markets;

• Analyze international market trends and customer needs to formulate strategic plans;

• Assist in the development and implementation of export strategies to enhance market penetration;

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new international customers;

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to manage export activities;

• Oversee the daily operations of the export department to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods;

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
