Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
∎ Verify process and documentations to prevent excess, duplicate and wrong payments.
∎ Coordinate the internal audit activity’s efforts with external auditors, regulatory oversight bodies, and other internal assurance functions to maximize audit coverage and minimize redundancies.
∎ Sketch process map or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs across business processes / departments; walking through the same on a periodic basis and identify need for modification or changes, if any
∎ Present the audit findings to the Business Process Owners during the exit meeting, to obtain appropriate response on the audit findings highlighted and to follow up on any remedial action
∎ Monitor engagement outcomes and conduct appropriate follow-up by the internal audit activity through monitoring tracker.
∎ Execute audits by gathering, documenting and analyzing information and evidence on the existence of risk and effectiveness of controls (by interview, observations, file review, questionnaires, reconciliation, confirmation and risk analysis)
