∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: NEBOSH
∎ Training/Trade Course: Lead Auditor,ISO 9001: 2008,ISO 14001:2015
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Multinational Companies, Garments Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and continuously improve HSE program to deliver compliance and performance improvement.
∎ To perform in all Environmental Management Systems (EMS)/ Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) related internal audit.
∎ Ensure local HSE management system is certified to ISO 45001:2018 (all units) and to ISO14001:2015 (All Units).
∎ Ensure training and coaching is provided to managers and team leaders to help them take ownership, and lead & manage HSE within their area of responsibility.
∎ Ensuring all testing related to OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) are conducted in timely manner.
∎ Co-ordinate internal & external resources to ensure delivery of high quality and efficient HSE support.
∎ Ensure compliance is regularly audited and performance assessed, and the results are used to drive further improvement.
∎ Engage with external stakeholders (eg. trades unions, local regulators, local communities, and local NGOs) on HSE topics to build long term & positive relationships .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with attention to fine detail.
∎ Should have knowledge in Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Hydrant System, Fire Pump (Electric & Diesel) & Addressable Fire Detection System.
∎ should have knowledge in risk assessment & Job Hazard Analysis.
∎ Technically Sound
∎ Strong personality
∎ Team Player
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected situations
∎ Cope up the new technical standard or changes.
∎ Clear Concept on International Standard Organization (ISO ) 14001
∎ Clear concept on OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) & Fire Safety Act .
