∎ MBA or Master's in Management/Finance/Accounts

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the procurement of HFO for EPVTL.
∎ Monitor & supervise the vessel arrival position, berthing schedule, port discharge, un-stuffing position and share information about cargo delivery.
∎ Coordinate with EPVTL fuel bunker team for prudent fuel unloading from mother vessel to share tank.
∎ Procurement of diesel and lubricant for the plant as and when necessary.
∎ Coordinate with the shipping agent and manage all formalities at the port required in custom and port release of HFO from port.
∎ Coordinate with the C&F agent for completion of all the formalities required for unloading the HFO.
∎ Coordinate with the C&F agent for necessary customs clearance.
∎ Coordinate with fuel carrying company and company's fuel bunkering team for smooth operation supply of HFO Chittagong to Thakurgaon through Natakhola landing station.
∎ Monitor the consumption of HFO at plant and raise demand for procurement considering the lead time.
∎ Prepare daily inventory of fuel and lubricant of the plant.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3-5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills.
