Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a Assistant Engineer/ Junior Assistant Engineer having good written and Verbal communication skills in English and Bangla languages.
∎ Installation, Testing and Commissioning experience in the relevant field on Laboratory Instrument (Laboratory Oven, Incubator, Biological Safety Cabinet, Laminar Flow Cabinet, Fume Hood, PCR, Centrifuge, Autoclave, Gel Documentation System, RT PCR, Spectrophotometer, Microscope etc.) will get preference.
∎ Smartly dealing with honorable clients, service skills, ability to do multitasking and prioritizing of works.
∎ Having Problem-solving skills with positive attitudes, ability to work under pressure and target oriented.
∎ Supports service team by installing, testing, calibrating and repairing Laboratory equipment training users; maintaining safe operations.
∎ Install new equipment by conducting tests, establishing, adjusting, calibrating and testing performance.
∎ Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions.
∎ Work with experienced field engineers on basic troubleshooting and service repair needs on designated equipment.
∎ Learn to effectively communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
∎ Conducting repairs on machinery/ equipment products, organize and maintain spare parts inventory.
∎ Have to travel all over the country
