Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any discipline from a recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination of all transportation related issues and ensure smooth operation of vehicles management.
∎ Maintaining Service records of all vehicles & check all relevant bills and vouchers before sending for final approval.
∎ Prepare expenditure and efficiency report on each individual transport and make comparative analysis to optimize the cost.
∎ Analyze expenditures to comply with the budget and improving services as well.
∎ Ensure driver management, fuel management and supervision.
∎ Organize schedules & routes for all kinds of vehicles. ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.
∎ Maintain database of due date of fitness, renewal date of tax token, insurance coverage etc. of all transports and necessary actions to be initiated before the expiry.
∎ Assess and complete necessary repair and maintenance of the transports as and when required.
∎ Prepare monthly budget, monthly expenditure report, and other reports
∎ Prepare the uniform requisition and ensure proper uniform for each and every driver
∎ In case of any vehicles accidents, address the related issues immediately
∎ Monitor & guide the overall duties & responsibilities of the team including transport officers, supervisors & drivers.
∎ Conduct training on road safety and relevant topic.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 07-08 year’s experience from relevant field
∎ Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
∎ Good communication skills, hardworking and energetic
∎ Sound/Clear knowledge on maintenance/engine
∎ Within 35 years of Age.
